Council Meetings

Regular Meeting Information

Council Meetings are located at Memorial Hall on 11th and Main Street, unless otherwise specified. The meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 6:30 pm.

At the meetings the public is provided the opportunity for comments. Council participation may be limited to 5 minutes per person when there are several individuals wishing to speak.

Remote Meeting Information

In an effort to continually safeguard our community against the spread of COVID-19, Osawatomie City Council may decide to host any scheduled Council meeting remotely. In these instances, the notice of change will be posted on the official Agenda and on our City Facebook page at least one week prior to the meeting. During remote meetings, the City will be utilizing the GoToMeeting platform, and a link to the virtual meeting room will be made available. There is no charge to use this software, and persons without internet access who wish to attend can use a telephone to dial in and join us over audio.

Agendas & Minutes

Agenda packets are available prior to the meetings. You may access agendas at our Agenda Center or you can use our Notify Me section to automatically receive agendas when they are updated to the website.

Official Minutes of meetings are also available.
