Options During December Mail Delays

City of Osawatomie officials are aware that utility bills mailed on December 31, 2025, may not yet have reached all residents. While bills remain due according to the established billing cycle, customers who have not received a paper bill are encouraged to take advantage of alternative options to view and receive their billing information.
Account management options include:
- Access your account online.
- Opt-in to paperless billing via email. To enroll, please contact the utility office to update your information.
- Contact the utility office directly during regular business hours.
