Electric Meter Updates

City of Osawatomie Electric Department team members will be working the next several weeks on replacing and updating electric meters throughout the community as we continue our transition to automated metering services. Residents will experience very brief (10-20 second) power outages as individual meters are swapped out and service is reconnected. These updates are happening as crews are able between other infrastructure projects and as weather allows, so there is no defined timeline or impact map at this time.
