Show Your Support: Phase II of Oz Commons Planning Process

The City of Osawatomie has applied for an Implementation grant through Mid-America Regional Council’s “Planning Sustainable Places” program. This Implementation grant works as a Phase II for the initial Oz Commons Downtown Revitalization Planning Project that was completed in 2021, and narrows our focus based on the community-led recommendations that resulted from those planning activities.

Please take a moment to visit the project review page https://gis2.marc2.org/psp/PublicCommentListing.html and leave a supportive comment in favor of our proposed “Oz Commons: Community Hub” project. This Phase II planning grant is the next step in our goal for a revitalized downtown and better connected community.
