Uh oh! Our online utility bill payment portal is temporarily out of service. While our tech partners investigate the issue, bill pay is still available in these ways:

- Call the Utility Billing Department directly at 755-2146

- Call the Automated Line at 1-833-264-1121

- Outdoor Self-Service Kiosk at 509 5th Street

You are also welcome to visit our office in person (we love seeing you!) or to utilize the regular alley dropbox location. We'll update as soon as the online portal reopens for regular business. Thank you for your patience!
