Upcoming Bill Payment System Maintenance

City Hall officials have announced upcoming system maintenance for the City of Osawatomie utility bill payment server, which will make some payment methods unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.

On January 13, 2025, City technology partners will be updating certain servers within City Hall, which means staff will not have access to the Incode bill pay system that day. This means that online payments and the self-service kiosk will be out of service. Customers may still drop off a payment in the drop box, stop into City Hall, or make a credit card payment through AllPaid (https://www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/plc/4382). Please note, however, that staff may be unable to retrieve certain account information.
