Offices Closed for Presidents' Day

In observance of Presidents' Day, all non-emergency city offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, February 20th, 2023. Regular business operations will resume Tuesday.
Utility payments may still be made through the following methods:
- Online Payment Portal
- Self-Service Kiosk (Available 24 Hours)
- Dropbox in Alley (Will Be Collected Tuesday)
- Automated Phone Payment
