The Union Pacific Railroad is planning repair work in the Osawatomie area next week and has given notice of a planned crossing closure. The crossing at 7th Street and Pacific Ave is anticipated to be closed February 6th through 8th, 2022.

The mayor presides over all City Council meetings and signs all ordinances, resolutions, contracts and agreements authorized by the Governing Body. The mayor also meets with residents, business associates, local and regional elected officials, students, Scouts and city staff members, all while advocating for the city’s success at every opportunity.

The Osawatomie Police Department records all calls for service and compiles regular reports on activity within the City of Osawatomie. An archive of those reports can be found on our website.
