Council Meetings

Meeting Information

Council Meetings are located at Memorial Hall on 11th and Main Street, unless otherwise specified. The meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 7:00 pm.

At the first meeting of the month, the public is provided the opportunity for comments. Council participation may be limited to 5 minutes per person when there are several individuals wishing to speak.

At the second monthly meeting, the Council conducts a 30 minute work session to discuss upcoming issues or proposals. No formal action can be taken during a work session. However, the Council routinely conducts a 7:30 meeting to take up any official business.
